貧困をなくすための計画は
それに苦しむ当事者と、
何も知らない傍観者によって
無数に生み出されるが、
実現はしない。

そして、貧しい人々は
あらゆる美徳を持つとされる一方で、
自分たちを救うあてのない
指導者を盲信する愚かさも
持ち合わせていると断じている。
